Calm and peaceful surrounding of the Osiedle Rybackie street in the seaside city of Dziwnów invites you for a holiday to our apartment located 100m from the beach entrance 30m from the nearest bars and a grocery shop, and 30m from the new Marina and fishing port.
The apartment is designed for 4 to 6 people (it has a double bed and two sofas to assemble), it has a private bathroom, access to terrace, open-plan kitchen and is equipped with the necessary furniture, TV LCD and beach equipment.
The entrance to the apartment if from a well-kept terrace, where you will have the chance to rest in the shadow of an umbrella. :-)
We rent our various summer sites for over 20 years. We run our properties as a family business, we care that you can positively spend your holiday at the seaside. A wide range of our guests return in the next years, what proves to us that its worth coming for holiday to our places.

CONDITIONS
- Payment for the stay will be on the day of your arrival. The charge for the delayed or shortened stay will not be returned.
- For the purpose of confirming your reservation agreed with the Owners, you will pay an advance payment, which will not be refunded in case you cancel or resign from your reservation.
- The price per day is set for the number of guests given by you during the reservation – additional guests can be hosted for an additional payment.
- The visitors are responsible for keeping the condition of their apartment and for informing the Owners about any defects.
- Inside the rooms it is no smoking and no fish-frying area.
- We kindly ask our guests to remain silent and don’t disturb other guests, especially in the time 22:00 – 07:00.
- People that are not staying in the apartment will be kindly asked to leave the premises between 22:00 – 07:00.
- Parents and kid-carers are responsible for the safety of the children on the premises.
- The Owners do not take responsibility for the private belongings left in the houses and for the cars parked on the premises.

In July and August the price in the Apartment is between 280 PLN – 300 PLN per day. If you wish the set the price for May, June and September – please get in contact with us by giving us the number of adults, kids and the age of the kids. :-)
